Humans amongst Shadows and Crystals

Zane got up and looked around after he came through the mirror. He then was about to stand up when he noticed that he was on top of Kae. The fall he did not only knocked her to the ground but also had caused them to momentarily lock lips. He gave a sly smile to her while having a gleaming wink appear.

Kae was blushing, her cheeks a deep scarlet. "Um..."

"Oh sorry. Got wrapped up in the magic of that kiss." He said as he hopped up and helped Kae to her feet. Then he smiled happily as he soon turned a deep scarlet.

She smirked a bit. "Alright then." Kae was helped up. She looked around. "This is the hidden city?"

"Must be. Look, its all made of crystal." Zane said as he poked at the crystal floor. He then looked at Kae before looking away quickly and pretending to be inspecting a crystal mirror.

"Yeah.." She started out the door.

"Hey Kae. Wait." Zane said as he darted behind her and was blushing furiously. He waited for her to stop and look at him before he made his move. He would then boldly walk up to her and give her a passionate kiss if she did stop and turn around.

"Hm? Yeah?" She turned a bit to look at him.

Zane took that moment to close in and kiss her passionately. He blushed a deep red while pulling her into an tight embrace.

Kae blushed bright red, but kissed him back.

After a few moments he pulled away. He stared at her while he rested his forehead against her's.

Kae was still blushing, but was smirking a bit.

"I just wanted to be sure. In the case that either of us.." Zane started but soon trailed off as he was lost in her eyes and smirk. He shuddered slightly while retaining control over himself.

"That either of us what?" She regained most of her intelligence at that moment.

"In case we died..." He said somberly while his hold on her tightened slightly.

"I see.." She sighed. "Well don't you worry. I can handle myself. I'm not too sure about you though." Kae smirked a bit.

"I can handle anything that they can throw at me." Zane said with a smirk while giving a happy grin.

"Then c'mon. Let's go." She grinned slightly.

"Fine." Zane said as he charged out of the store. He drew his twin longswords and looked around as some floating balls with large mouths and mask attached to their backs came floating over. The lesser shadows were backed up by two dancing ones that held a sword in a hand with a heart shape spinning head that had a mask on it. The floating mouth ones, which were three in number, had the roman numeral one on their masks while dancing ones, which were two in number, had the roman numeral of four on their mask. Zane smiled as he waited for Kae to join him before deciding on which one to attack.

Lakaila came charging out, weapon attached to her. She flicked her finger back, then forward, the claw on the cord going backwards, then impaling one of the dancing ones' faces.

Zane smiled as he leapt at the enemies. Most of their attention went to him after he sliced down to floating orbs. The one dancing one that Kae attacked was instantly destroyed by her weapon while the other one lunged at her. Meanwhile another orb had just slapped Zane back with its tongue.

Kae disappeared as it charged at her and she stabbed it straight through the back.

Zane sliced through the last of the shadows with ease since he used both o his swords on one foe. He then looked at Kae with a bright smile. "You looked great." He said while running over to her.

Though she'd stopped moving, Kae's breasts were still bouncing. "Thanks."

Zane stared at Kae's breasts for a few moments as he seemed hypnotized by them. "Y-yeah. Anytime." He said as he looked up to her eyes.
