Okay! here are the rules for groups and Social links!
Groups
1) Must have at least 2 members.
2) Must have filled out a template
3) Can must recruit people in rp unless they wanted to and are around when the app is posted.
4) May be formed in rp but doesn't have to be.
Social Links
1) Must be established in rp
2) Participants must both agree on what and where the rank up thread would contain and be.
3)Maxing a social forges an unbreakable bond and could lead to a max social link thread event. this does not forge a ultimate persona for either person.
